Bonnie has been with the company for more than 20 years and purchased the firm from Paula Magner and Joan Coyne who have stayed on as associates and remain an active part of the firm. It was Bonnie’s father, the late Lucius Smith Jr. who founded the company 28 years ago. Lucius Smith, a decorated World War II veteran moved his family to Hingham after the war. He opened for business in 1974 in historic Hingham Square. “Our company is one of the few remaining independently owned real estate firms. We carry on Dad’s commitment to professionalism and integrity. Kelly Achille is a life long resident of Hingham. She resides in the Crow Point area, with her husband, a Hingham police officer and her 2 young sons. Kelly brings to Hingham Real Estate a vast knowledge of the South Shore communities. She plays squash and tennis. Andrea attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT and holds a master’s degree from Dartmouth College. She has been working in the education field as a middle school teacher in the Abington Public Schools for the past few years as well as in the Quincy and Newton, MA school districts. She enjoys working with people of any age and is excited to expand her career into the real estate field. Jillian looks forward to helping her clients buy and sell homes as she has a vast knowledge of the local communities. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Catholic University in Washington, D. C. as well as a Master's of Education from University of MA, Boston. She enjoys traveling and coaching the girls' soccer team at Abington High School and spending time with family and friends. Raised in South Weymouth, Jillian and her fiance' John, are planning a wedding in June.

Greg Hall, a graduate of Exeter Academy and Yale, joined the real estate profession in 1963. During that time he has been very active in Hingham activities. Greg has been on the Board of Directors of Hingham Community Center for 43 years (president 3 years), the Republican Town Committee (chairman 3 years), Plymouth County Board of Realtors (director 3 years) and 20 years on the Hingham Board of Assessors (chairman last 6 years). His goal is to be sure that every customer knows how much Hingham has to offer as far as education and social atmosphere are concerned.

Nancy joins the firm after spending more than twenty years in education. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Emmanuel College and a master's degree from U Mass and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in educational leadership from Bridgewater State College. Nancy has also worked in the insurance business. Nancy knows the south shore very well and is ready to serve her clients in the purchase and the sale of their homes. She has sold three properties in the past three months already! She has been a resident of Hingham for over thirty years, is a member of the Hingham Yacht Club. She and her husband enjoy sailing, golfing and their family. Nancy is the proud grandmother of three.

Paula moved to Hingham in 1952, and raised her 4 children in Hingham. She and her husband Stan are in the same house they bought 41 years ago. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Newbury College. She enjoys spending time traveling, cooking and being with friends and family. Raised in Hingham, she currently resides in Marshfield with her husband and her 18 month old little girl.
